3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Full payment is required before shipment. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Aurelia is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support.aurelia@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no additional cost to you.

7. Customer Responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Aurelia is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply in such cases.
