Return & Refund Policy
We generally do not offer returns or refunds.
Exceptions apply in cases of:
- Damaged or defective items upon delivery
- Wrong item delivered
In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support.aurelia@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will work together to find a solution.
