Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping within Austria We currently ship to addresses within Austria only, via Austrian Post (Österreichische Post).

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the Austrian Post website (post.at).
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support.aurelia@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and find a solution as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Aurelia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply.
